PROFILED BEAM
The most modern and high-tech material in building of wooden constructions today is a profiled beam. It provides special spikes and grooves on the logs, that gives an opportunity for maximally tight join of logs and drastically reduces the formation of cracks that can occur during building`s shrinkage.
We use profiled beam of tongue and groove technology. The height of the finished profiled beam is 150 mm, the section can be 60 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm.
Profiled beam from all sides turns perfectly smooth and clean. The material no longer requires any additional processing. The walls of the house of profiled beam are presentable and neat, the house looks solid, does not freeze and is not blown. Earlier profiled beam with natural moisture or glued dry timber was commonly used in wooden industry. It is known, the walls of wood of natural moisture are susceptible to shrinkage. The best way out of this situation is usage of a dry profiled beam, which is used by our company. Dry profiled beam has better thermal insulation performance than rounded timber. It is explained by the maximum possible tight fit of logs. The shape of the profile is designed in such a way that rain cannot penetrate into the holes between the logs, it perfectly prevents rotting. Houses of profiled beam completely preserve their data with the nature of quality and this is their advantageous difference in comparison with houses of glued timber, in which the natural structure of wood is disturbed. Even if you completely close all the windows in the house of profiled beam, the air inside will always remain fresh, because its walls constantly breathe. Wooden houses of profiled beam perfectly support and normalize humidity, preserve and regulate heat, thereby creating maximum comfort for their owners.
